Red Curry Paste Baker Style

- 3 fresh red chile peppers, chopped
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- blend chile peppers, cilantro, onion, garlic, coriander, and turmeric together in a blender until smooth. add tomato paste, vegetable oil, fish sauce, and soy sauce; blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula as needed.
