blackened salmon fillets

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

  • in a small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, salt, white pepper, black pepper, thyme, basil and oregano.

  • prepare the sardines by removing the heads and back bones. rinse and pat dry. dredge in flour, shaking off any excess.

  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 pounds tilapia fillets

  • preheat your oven's broiler. grease a broiling pan or line pan with aluminum foil.
