Baked Cajun Swai Fillets
Ingredients
- Servings: 4
-  4 (6 ounce) fillets swai fish 
-  1 pinch cajun seasoning, or more to taste 
-  1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste 
-  1/2 cup minced banana peppers 
-  2 habanero peppers, minced 
-  1 tablespoon thyme leaves 
-  1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces

- preheat oven to 325 degrees f (165 degrees c). 
- arrange swai fish in a nonstick baking dish; season with cajun seasoning and cayenne pepper. layer banana peppers, habanero peppers, and thyme leaves on top of each fish fillet. place 1 piece butter on top of each fish fillet. cover dish with aluminum foil.
