Maple Glazed Salmon

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons grated gingerroot
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 bunch scallion
  • 1 lb salmon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix syrup, ginger root, lemon juice, soy and garlic in a saucepan and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 remove mix from heat.
  • 4 grease appropriately sized baking pan with cooking spray or other greasing agent.
  • 5 trim bulb from scallions and discard, lay out greens of scallions in the bottom of the pan in a bed.
  • 6 place salmon on scallion bed.
  • 7 pour syrup mixture over salmon.
  • 8 bake at 350 until fish is tender and flaky.
