Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons grated gingerroot
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 bunch scallion
- 1 lb salmon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix syrup, ginger root, lemon juice, soy and garlic in a saucepan and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- 3 remove mix from heat.
- 4 grease appropriately sized baking pan with cooking spray or other greasing agent.
- 5 trim bulb from scallions and discard, lay out greens of scallions in the bottom of the pan in a bed.
- 6 place salmon on scallion bed.
- 7 pour syrup mixture over salmon.
- 8 bake at 350 until fish is tender and flaky.
