Steamed Pacific Salmon

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs pacific salmon
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 3 -4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 375 degrees f.
- 2 place salmon on a large double sheet of heavy foil.
- 3 sprinkle herbs over fish.
- 4 season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- 5 dot with butter.
- 6 seal foil tightly.
- 7 bake at 375f for 30 minutes or until salmon is done.
- 8 (fish will flake with a fork when done).
