Steamed Pacific Salmon

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs pacific salmon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 3 -4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 375 degrees f.
  • 2 place salmon on a large double sheet of heavy foil.
  • 3 sprinkle herbs over fish.
  • 4 season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • 5 dot with butter.
  • 6 seal foil tightly.
  • 7 bake at 375f for 30 minutes or until salmon is done.
  • 8 (fish will flake with a fork when done).
