Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (6 ounce) package cornbread stuffing mix
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 (6 ounce) cans salmon
- 1/4 cup oil (for frying)

- 1 add boiling water to stuffing mix and let stand 5 minutes.
