Ingredients
- fresh carp, 14 to 20 ",long
- spices, of choice
Recipe
- 1 scale and rinse fish well.
- 2 cut in 1/2 and place on pine board.
- 3 add your favorite spices.
- 4 bake at 340* for 90 minutes.
- 5 remove from oven, throw carp away.
- 6 serve board with or without tarter sauce.
