Dilly Salmon Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) can skinless boneless salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup fat free cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 green onions, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  • 2 serve with crackers or fresh veggie sticks, if desired.
