Summer Pepper & Fish Stew

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed 
- 1 onion, halved and sliced 
- 1 red pepper, sliced into strips 
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced into strips 
- 1 teaspoon olive oil 
- 2 tablespoons small capers, rinsed 
- 1/2 cup wine 
- 2 cups chicken broth 
- 14 ounces tiny new potatoes, halved 
- 10 ounces raw shrimp 
- 14 ounces fish fillets, cut into strips 
- 1 tablespoon basil, shredded 
Recipe
- 1 fry the garlic, onion and peppers in a little oil until completely softened. stir in the capers then add the wine, broth and potatoes and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
