Potato Crumbles

Ingredients

- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 onion
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 this is a type of soup that i like to prepare thick.
- 2 try it a couple times until you have the consistency your family desires.
- 3 everyone likes it made a little differently.
- 4 peel potatoes and cube.
- 5 boil in just enough water to cover the potatoes by a half an inch or so.
- 6 once potatoes are cooked, add can of milk, onion (more or less to taste) and salt and pepper (also to taste).
- 7 simmer on medium.
- 8 in a separate bowl, combine flour and egg; mix with fork.
- 9 this should be a lumpy crumbly mixture.
- 10 drop crumbles into the simmering mixture.
- 11 let simmer ten to fifteen minutes more.
- 12 add cornstarch to thicken mixture if desired.
