Ingredients
- 7 salmon fillets
- 1 (8 ounce) box cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 3 cups spinach
Recipe
- 1 wilt spinach in skillet using olive oil. season to taste. defrost the salmon and slice it open to make a pocket. mix spinach, cream cheese and garlic together in bowl. stuff salmon fillets. bake on 400* until salmon is cooked to your desire. (ten minutes per inch). serve onto plates and sprinkle dill onto each serving.
