- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon thick soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 onion, cubed
- salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oil and fry ginger, garlic and shallot until brown.
- 2 add chicken and stir fry for 1 minute, then add all ingredients.
- 3 cook for 8 minutes, stirring often until sauce thickens.
