Haddock With Red Currant

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 500 g haddock (cleaned, must be without fishbone)
  • 250 g red currants
  • 2 tablespoons medium red onions
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cherries or 2 apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon wine
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 g garlic chives
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 crush garlics and onions.
  • 2 in a frying pan,mix the red currants with garlic onion 3 table spoon oil,vinegar,,wine and salt.
  • 3 cook nearly 5 - 6 minutes.
  • 4 mix 3 table spoon oil and black pepper and add little salt.
  • 5 spread this mixture every part of fishes with a brush and keep them 10 minutes by covering the dish.
  • 6 cut the avocado and tomatoes in to small pieces.
  • 7 cut the garlic chives into small pieces.
  • 8 after 10 minutes, grill the fishes for 6 minutes.
  • 9 add 1 table spoon red currabt sauce over every fish.
  • 10 then place avocado tomatos and garlic chive over.
