Ingredients

- 2 kg mussels, with shells
- 1 cup wine
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons mixed herbs
- 100 ml cream
Recipe
- 1 steam mussels in all ingredients, but cream, under cover until opened.
- 2 once opened remove mussels and pour in cream in the "mussel stock".
- 3 heat and pour over mussels.
