Stuffed Salmon Fillet

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 10 ounces baby spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 make a slit 2/3 of the way through the center of each fillet.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 combine the spinach and pesto; spoon the mixture into each slit.
  • 5 arrange fillets on broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  • 6 roast for 8-10 minutes.
