Spinach Stuffed Salmon

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato
  • 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning

  • 2 *soften cream cheese then mix in shredded/chopped spinach and sun dried tomatoes.

  • 6 3. sprinkle adobo seasoning and creole seasoning and rub onto all sides of fillet.
