Landlocked Crab Dip

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces crab claw meat (or which ever you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 5 ounces low-fat cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fat free sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 finely dice celery and green onion.
  • 2 add the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3 mix well.
  • 4 chill until ready to serve (we started eating it right away).
