Ingredients

- 1 lb scallops
- 1 cup french dressing
- 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
Recipe
- 1 cut scallops into fourths, unless small
- 2 then leave whole.
- 3 simmer 4-5 min in salted water.
- 4 drain and place in in jar while hot with the french dressing and garlic.
- 5 marinate and chill for several hours.
- 6 serve with toothpicks as an unusual appetizer.
