Scallop Appetizer

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 cup french dressing
  • 1/2 garlic clove, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 cut scallops into fourths, unless small
  • 2 then leave whole.
  • 3 simmer 4-5 min in salted water.
  • 4 drain and place in in jar while hot with the french dressing and garlic.
  • 5 marinate and chill for several hours.
  • 6 serve with toothpicks as an unusual appetizer.
