Sayadia Fish Rice

Ingredients

- 1 lb fish fillet, cut into large chunks
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup rice
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle cumin on fish.
- 2 saute fish in butter until brown
- 3 take out brown onions and lastly pine nuts watch them they burn.
- 4 butter casserole
- 5 layer onionpine nut mixture
- 6 then fish then rice repeat pour over salted water cover
- 7 bake 350 oven for 1 hour or until rice is cooked uncover last 15 minutes.
