Grilled Red Snapper

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • olive oil
  • bacon grease
  • 3 lbs red snapper
  • salt
  • pepper, &
  • paprika
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of

Recipe

  • 1 heat large griddle to smoking point.
  • 2 grease liberally with olive oil & bacon grease.
  • 3 season & sear fish on both sides, turning carefully.
  • 4 cook quickly for 3-5 minutes per side.
  • 5 heat butter, garlic, & lemon juice to bubbling & serve over fish.
