Pasta Con Salsa Di Tonno E Ricotta

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 500 g penne
  • 125 g tuna
  • 200 g ricotta cheese
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta as indicated.
  • 2 mix tuna with ricotta in a large bowl, stir until creamy.
  • 3 add olive oil, grated onion, salt, pepper and parsley and stir very well.
  • 4 pour off pasta and mix it with the sauce (the paste needs to be "wet", otherwise the sauce is to sticky).
  • 5 serve in preheated plates.
