Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 500 g penne
- 125 g tuna
- 200 g ricotta cheese
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, grated
- salt and pepper
- parsley
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta as indicated.
- 2 mix tuna with ricotta in a large bowl, stir until creamy.
- 3 add olive oil, grated onion, salt, pepper and parsley and stir very well.
- 4 pour off pasta and mix it with the sauce (the paste needs to be "wet", otherwise the sauce is to sticky).
- 5 serve in preheated plates.
