Just Like, Jack Astor's Crab Dip - Copycat

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 2 (6 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 10 mushrooms, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat (i used victoria brand)
  • cheddar cheese (for topping)
  • nacho chips (for serving) or toasted pita bread, cut into triangles (for serving)

Recipe

  • 1 in a small pan, saute onion and garlic.
  • 2 next saute bell pepper, then mushrooms.
