Salmon Fondue Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 slices bread
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounces salmon
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 cube bread.
  • 2 spread 1/2 cubes in buttered 2-qt. baking dish.
  • 3 sprinkle 1/2 cheese over cubes.
  • 4 drain salmon and flake.
  • 5 spread evenly over cheese.
  • 6 repeat bread cube and cheese layer.
  • 7 beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and onion.
  • 8 pour egg mixture over cheese, salmon and bread.
  • 9 sprinkle with paprika.
  • 10 bake at 325 for 50-55 minute.
  • 11 serve immediately.
