Siamese Seviche - Ceviche For Pussy Cats

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 lb sole (or other fish) or 1 lb flounder (or other fish)
  • 1 pinch pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients except fish.
  • 2 cut fish into 2" strips by 1/4" wide.
  • 3 cover fish strips with the juice mixture.
  • 4 refrigerate for at least 3 hours and as much as 24 hours.
  • 5 the lime juice cooks the fish and it is safe to eat.
  • 6 keeps for several days in the fridge.
