Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2/3 cup lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 lb sole (or other fish) or 1 lb flounder (or other fish)
- 1 pinch pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients except fish.
- 2 cut fish into 2" strips by 1/4" wide.
- 3 cover fish strips with the juice mixture.
- 4 refrigerate for at least 3 hours and as much as 24 hours.
- 5 the lime juice cooks the fish and it is safe to eat.
- 6 keeps for several days in the fridge.
