Granary Toasts With Smoked Fish, Horseradish, And Orange

Total Time: 8 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 slices granary bread
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish cream
  • 1/2 orange, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
  • 2 slices boneless smoked mackerel, skinned and flaked

Recipe

  • 1 lightly toast bread slices. spread each slice with horseradish cream. top with orange slices and pieces of mackerel. grill/broil under medium-low heat 2-3 minutes.
