Ingredients
- 2 slices granary bread
- 1 tablespoon horseradish cream
- 1/2 orange, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
- 2 slices boneless smoked mackerel, skinned and flaked
Recipe
- 1 lightly toast bread slices. spread each slice with horseradish cream. top with orange slices and pieces of mackerel. grill/broil under medium-low heat 2-3 minutes.
