No Crust Crab Quiche

Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces flaked crabmeat (real or imitation)
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. mix together the milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and green onions.
- 3 arrange the cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie pan.
- 4 top with the crab meat.
- 5 pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese and crab.
- 6 bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 7 let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
