No Crust Crab Quiche

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces flaked crabmeat (real or imitation)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. mix together the milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and green onions.
  • 3 arrange the cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie pan.
  • 4 top with the crab meat.
  • 5 pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese and crab.
  • 6 bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • 7 let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
