Spring Thyme Salmon

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 lb salmon fillet
Recipe
- 1 mix the orange juice, oil, thyme, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- 2 place the salmon in a large resealable bag or glass dish.
- 3 add the marinade and turn to coat well.
- 4 refrigerate for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 5 remove the salmon from the marinade.
- 6 discard any remaining marinade.
- 7 broil 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
