- 1 lb scallops (bay or sea)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 3 tablespoons wine (do not use cooking wine)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a large skillet.
- 2 add seasonings and scallops.
- 3 fry until lightly browned about 4-5 minutes.
- 4 stir in wine or lemon juice and heat thoroughly.
