Sautéed Scallops

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb scallops (bay or sea)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 3 tablespoons wine (do not use cooking wine)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a large skillet.
  • 2 add seasonings and scallops.
  • 3 fry until lightly browned about 4-5 minutes.
  • 4 stir in wine or lemon juice and heat thoroughly.
