Rum Salmon

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • salmon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rye meal or 1/2 cup rum
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe

  • 1 place salmon flesh side down in a large dish.
  • 2 pour marinade over fish,and marinade over night in refridgerator.
  • 3 wrap in foil and barbecue for 20-30 minutes or until it flakes easily.
