- salmon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rye meal or 1/2 cup rum
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Recipe
- 1 place salmon flesh side down in a large dish.
- 2 pour marinade over fish,and marinade over night in refridgerator.
- 3 wrap in foil and barbecue for 20-30 minutes or until it flakes easily.
