- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine salmon and parsley in a bowl
- 2 add mayo, mustard , salt , pepper
- 3 yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
