Salmon Salad

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces salmon, packed in water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine salmon and parsley in a bowl
  • 2 add mayo, mustard , salt , pepper
  • 3 yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
