Pasta With Salmon Sauce (denmark)

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can salmon, drained
  • 2 tablespoons dill, fresh, chopped
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta al dente, according to package instructions.
  • 2 in a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat.
  • 3 add flour, stirring until smooth.
  • 4 add milk slowly, stirring constantly until it is boiling.
  • 5 remove from heat and add cream cheese.
  • 6 return to medium heat, stirring until cheese is melted.
  • 7 stir in salmon and dill.
  • 8 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 9 toss with fettuccine and serve.
