Pasta With Salmon Sauce (denmark)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can salmon, drained
- 2 tablespoons dill, fresh, chopped
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta al dente, according to package instructions.
- 2 in a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat.
- 3 add flour, stirring until smooth.
- 4 add milk slowly, stirring constantly until it is boiling.
- 5 remove from heat and add cream cheese.
- 6 return to medium heat, stirring until cheese is melted.
- 7 stir in salmon and dill.
- 8 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 9 toss with fettuccine and serve.
