Ingredients
- 16 dried red chilies
- 16 garlic cloves
- 6 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup fish sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 mince chilies and garlic finely and place in a mortar. mash with the heel of a cleaver or pestle. add sugar and stir until it dissolves. add fish sauce, vinegar and lemon juice, stirring between each addition.
