Easy Salmon Creamy Eggs

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 142 ml double cream
  • 120 g smoked salmon, trimmings
  • 2 large eggs
  • butter
  • ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to gas mark 7.
  • 2 grease two small dishes with butter.
  • 3 ruffle the salmon and arrange in the dish.
  • 4 pour over half the cream in each pot (or perhaps a little less.
  • 5 then crack one egg into each pot.
  • 6 sprinkle with the black pepper.
  • 7 cook in the oven for around 6-8 mins or until the eggs have set.
