Easy Salmon Creamy Eggs

- 142 ml double cream
- 120 g smoked salmon, trimmings
- 2 large eggs
- butter
- ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to gas mark 7.
- 2 grease two small dishes with butter.
- 3 ruffle the salmon and arrange in the dish.
- 4 pour over half the cream in each pot (or perhaps a little less.
- 5 then crack one egg into each pot.
- 6 sprinkle with the black pepper.
- 7 cook in the oven for around 6-8 mins or until the eggs have set.
