Garlic And Wine Prawns

Total Time: 26 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup fish stock
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 20 green king prawns, peeled, deveined, leave tails intact
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • crusty bread, to serve

Recipe

  • 1 combine stock, wine and garlic in saucepan.
  • 2 bring to a simmer, cook uncovered for 3 minutes.
  • 3 increase heat to high and add prawns.
  • 4 cook prawns 2 -3 minutes until they change colour.
  • 5 remove from heat and add parsley.
  • 6 toss well and season.
  • 7 spoon into individual serving dishes straight away.
  • 8 serve with crusty bread.
