Garlic And Wine Prawns

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup fish stock
- 1/2 cup wine
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 20 green king prawns, peeled, deveined, leave tails intact
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- crusty bread, to serve
Recipe
- 1 combine stock, wine and garlic in saucepan.
- 2 bring to a simmer, cook uncovered for 3 minutes.
- 3 increase heat to high and add prawns.
- 4 cook prawns 2 -3 minutes until they change colour.
- 5 remove from heat and add parsley.
- 6 toss well and season.
- 7 spoon into individual serving dishes straight away.
- 8 serve with crusty bread.
