Lemon Sauce (for Chicken Or Fish)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 chicken bouillon cube (or 1 tsp dry granules or 2 tsp liquid concentrate)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, bouillon cube, water, salt and pepper in a small sauce pan.
- 2 cook and stir over low heat until sauces comes to a boil and becomes thick.
- 3 add red pepper and green onions.
- 4 mix well and pour over cooked chicken or fish.
