Salmon Patties

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (7 3/4 ounce) can salmon, drained
- 1 cup mashed potatoes (i use leftovers)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- salt & pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 thoroughly combine ingredients except butter.
- 2 shape into patties (use a little flour to hold together if necessary).
- 3 melt butter in frying pan.
- 4 fry patties tol golden on both sides.
- 5 serve with chili sauce and salad.
