Deviled Tuna Eggs

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 eggs, boiled yolks removed
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna
  • 1/4 onion, small finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil 6 eggs. place eggs in cold water.
  • 2 while eggs cool, mix tuna, diced onion, salt, pepper and mayonaisse together.
  • 3 once the eggs are cool, peel and slice in half lengthwise. gently remove and discard yolks.
  • 4 spoon tuna mixture into the cavity of each egg until the mixture is gone, allowing the exess tuna to pile on top of the egg halves.
  • 5 serve chilled.
