Sauteed Salmon

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 5 tablespoons butter, divided
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 3 teaspoons cream

Recipe

  • 1 in 12 inch skillet, heat 3 tbsp butter.
  • 2 add filets, skin side down, and saute on low heat for about 10 min turning often.

  • 5 sprinkle with lemon juice and dill.
  • 6 remove to serving plate.
  • 7 add 2 tbsp butter, and cream.
  • 8 cook and stir 1 minute.
  • 9 pour over salmon.
