Sushine Carrots

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen baby carrots
  • 1/2 lemon, zest of
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons hot water

Recipe

  • 1 put everything is a medium saucepan except cornstarch and water.
  • 2 simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 3 mix cornstarch with hot water.
  • 4 add to pot.
  • 5 simmer another 5 minutes.
  • 6 these carrots are great with fish.
