Savory Barbecued Salmon

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 32 ounces salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry wine

Recipe

  • 1 place salmon fillets in shallow baking dish. combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
  • 2 cover and chill overnight.
  • 3 remove fillets from marinade and place on hot greased barbecue grill, flesh side down; turn once and cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork: 10 - 14 minutes.
  • 4 note: fish may also be baked in 450 oven for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
