Savory Barbecued Salmon

Ingredients

- 32 ounces salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry wine
Recipe
- 1 place salmon fillets in shallow baking dish. combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
- 2 cover and chill overnight.
- 3 remove fillets from marinade and place on hot greased barbecue grill, flesh side down; turn once and cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork: 10 - 14 minutes.
- 4 note: fish may also be baked in 450 oven for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
