Dried Codfish (biscanian Tryle)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 kg cod
  • 4 potatoes, cut into small bite size pieces
  • 6 tomatoes, chopped
  • parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, pounded

Recipe

  • 1 soak codfish overnight.
  • 2 dry and cut into small pieces and fry.
  • 3 put aside.
  • 4 fry potatoes, garlic and tomatoes.
  • 5 in an ovenproof dish place a layer of fish, a layer of potatoes and tomato and some wet parsley (to prevent from drying).
  • 6 keep building the layers until there is none left.
  • 7 bake in a medium oven until fish is cooked.
