Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 kg cod
- 4 potatoes, cut into small bite size pieces
- 6 tomatoes, chopped
- parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, pounded
Recipe
- 1 soak codfish overnight.
- 2 dry and cut into small pieces and fry.
- 3 put aside.
- 4 fry potatoes, garlic and tomatoes.
- 5 in an ovenproof dish place a layer of fish, a layer of potatoes and tomato and some wet parsley (to prevent from drying).
- 6 keep building the layers until there is none left.
- 7 bake in a medium oven until fish is cooked.
