- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 5 teaspoons grainy mustard
- 5 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 lbs salmon
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl combine ingredients but not salmon.
- 2 arrange salmon on a foil lined baking sheet.
- 3 spoon glaze over fish.
- 4 bake on centre rack for 15 - 20 minutes at 425°f.
