Ingredients
- 2 lbs mussels
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons ghee
- 2 roma chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup water (more if needed)
Recipe
- 1 simmer all ingredients but mussels. once onions are tender add the mussels and simmer until the muscles open up. we use bread to sop up this delicious sauce.
