Ingredients

- 1 pint oyster, with liquid
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup light cream, scalded
- 3 cups milk, scalded
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 simmer oysters in butter and oyster liquid until edges curl.
- 2 add cream and milk.
- 3 heat to boiling, season with paprika, salt and pepper.
- 4 serve at once.
