Ingredients

- 2 lbs haddock
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 8 tablespoons butter or 8 tablespoons margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 cover filets with cold water and add vinegar and salt.
- 2 bring to a boil and boil for only 10 minutes.
- 3 serve with melted butter.
- 4 fish may also be place under the broiler 1-2 minutes to brown.
