Redfish On The Half Shell

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 35 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 -3 lbs whole red fish
  • 1/2-1 lime, juice of
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 -3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • old bay seasoning, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 slice whole redfish in half, length-wise.
  • 2 do not scale.
