Redfish On The Half Shell

Ingredients

- 2 -3 lbs whole red fish
- 1/2-1 lime, juice of
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 -3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- old bay seasoning, to taste
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 slice whole redfish in half, length-wise.
- 2 do not scale.
- 3 lightly salt fish and coat with lime juice.
- 4 melt butter.
- 5 add the worcestershire sauce, and old bay seasoning.
- 6 baste fish well with butter mixture.
- 7 let marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.
- 8 place fish on bbq grill, scales down and cook.
- 9 continue to baste until done.
