Salmon Chowder

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup smoked salmon, chunked
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4-1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (green, red or orange)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/4 cups chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, minced or 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon accent seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, melt butter, sauté onion, celery, pepper. stir in flour, add chicken stock and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point.
