- 1 -1 1/2 cup smoked salmon, chunked
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4-1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (green, red or orange)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/4 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup sour cream or 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, minced or 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon accent seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, melt butter, sauté onion, celery, pepper. stir in flour, add chicken stock and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point.
