Salmon Mousse

Total Time: 2 hrs 3 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 7 ounces pink salmon (tinned)
  • 4 ounces philadelphia cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 ounces melted butter
  • salt & pepper
  • lemon juice (opional)

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients together.
  • 2 put in fridge over night or for a couple of hours.
  • 3 can be frozen.
  • 4 serve with toast, bread, baguettes etc.
