Salmon Or Tuna Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (7 ounce) cans tuna or 1 lb salmon
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon basil
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • breadcrumbs
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 break up salmon, removing skin and bones. combine rest of ingredients except last two. add to salmon.
  • 2 pour into well greased 8 inch pie plate.
  • 3 sprinkle with bread crumbs and pepper.
  • 4 bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
  • 5 serve at once.
  • 6 pass chilled cucumber sauce. (optional).
