Salmon Patties

Ingredients
- Servings: 7
- 1 (6 ounce) can canned salmon
- 2 eggs
- 16 g organic crackers
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/8 teaspoon curry
- 1/8 teaspoon dill
- 1/8 teaspoon fennel
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon sage
- 1/8 teaspoon tarragon
Recipe
- 1 drain salmon well
- 2 place into mixing bowl & mash up with fork
- 3 add the other ingredients and mix together and form patties
- 4 place patties into pre heated skillet and spay with non stick spray
- 5 cook until golden brown on both sides.
