Salmon Patties

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 7
  • 1 (6 ounce) can canned salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 16 g organic crackers
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry
  • 1/8 teaspoon dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon fennel
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon sage
  • 1/8 teaspoon tarragon

Recipe

  • 1 drain salmon well
  • 2 place into mixing bowl & mash up with fork
  • 3 add the other ingredients and mix together and form patties
  • 4 place patties into pre heated skillet and spay with non stick spray
  • 5 cook until golden brown on both sides.
